Warranty

We offer a full 5 year warranty (replacement) on our LED products and 3 years on our power supplies, thus giving you a full LED lighting solution with full peace of mind.

Shipping & Delivery

The order that placed before 2:00 pm on weekdays will be processed and shipped to you at same day by our FREE standard priority mail or the shipping method you chose. Otherwise, your order will be processed and shipped to you on next business day with higher priority. Please check your email for tracking information once you place your order.

Returns & Replacements

We accept returns with factory defects in original package. You only need to pay one way postage for shipping back to us on your returned items. We cover the shipping cost of replacement products sending back to you.  Once we receive the returned item (s) for none replacement request, we will issue an refund in your original payment type.
